Executes your one-time-use physical signature onto hard copy documents using mobile and tablet platforms. In real-time a hard copy document is placed on the Smart Longen that enables single or multiple signatories to apply their signature with a pen on any type of transaction.
The LongPen™ executes the same speed, cadence and pressure of the signature onto a hard copy document. This executed document is an original that can be reviewed by forensic document examiners to confirm identity and originality for the purpose of nonrepudiation.
Once the signature is executed, the signature is then flushed from the system removing any possibility of duplicating it for future use.
The MasterFile™ is the software product integrated with the LongPen Printer to provide organizations with a complete transaction history along with evidence of the identity, execution and intent of the signatory to the transaction while delivering critical data for business optimization. The MasterFile™ captures before and after images of the document(s) being executed and stores the file on a local or cloud server. Authorized users can access the stored transaction records in a secure web portal. Deployed into a Contact Center Solution, MasterFile™ can be integrated with video and/or audio recording solutions allowing organizations to keep a record of the discussion & transaction execution in one file.
A few of the data sources collected by MasterFile™ include: audio/video feeds, GPS coordinates of the signer, details of the interacting party, the date/start/end time and page dwell time.
Signature Capture Software is a software product that captures a user’s one-time-use signature for execution onto hard copy documents or a digital file. Signature Capture software is accessed through any web enabled device where users simply log on – review the document they are about to sign – execute their signature as an individual or group signing session.
Users are free to make markings on any part of the document as if they were using a piece of paper and pen, delivering the same user experience as an in-person transaction. As we capture the speed, cadence and pressure of a signature, each transaction is biometrically unique providing a more secure way of doing business compared to other eSignature solutions.

“You have asked for our opinion as to whether, when someon uses the LongPen technology to sign his or her name, the mark that is made at the remote location constitute the person’s “signature” and, in particular, whether the Longpen technology can be used with legal effect to sign business documents.
In order for something to be recognized legally as someone’s “signature”, it must be a mark affirming a person’s name or a mark representing his or her name made by the person or by his or her authority with the intention of authenticating a document as being binding on the person whose name or mark is written or affixed on the document.
We consider that a mark affixed on a document by the LongPen technology with the intent that it constitutes someone’s signature in the sense described above does constitutes a signature that would be recognized by the law of Ontario. The law is not concerned with how a signature comes to be affixed. If the mark is intended to represent the person’s name and to indicate that the document is binding on the person (in the cae of a contract) or represents that person’s document (in the case of a letter, for example), then that mark constitutes that person’s signature” – FRASER MILNER CASGRAIN LLP

“If a party agreed to sign a document with LongPen technology and later doesn’t deny it’s signature, there shall be no legal dispute over it, such signature shall have same right and force as the common one…When it comes to LongPen technology, in our understanding, comparison shall be done as verification procedure of the signing person before the signing is made with a record of it, then it leaves no room for questioning such signature later”. – ALI HADDAD & ASSOCIATES
